Problem : Gimp unable to find the local printer added under Ubuntu 23.04.

It’s a snap thing apparently.

sudo snap connect gimp:cups-control

How are Lamers meant to know this when installing from the ‘Ubuntu Software’?

No need to install the --edge any longer though.

Make sure to always keep your Operating System(s) and all of the software that you are using up to date.
